I recently stayed at Suites Rosas and had a fantastic experience. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room had all the amenities I needed, from a big TV and a comfortable bed to a fully equipped kitchenette. The pool was a great addition, and the wifi worked perfectly. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Suites Rosas.
There were a few minor hiccups during my stay, such as the lack of signage and the absence of hot water in the room. However, these issues were easily fixed by the accommodating staff.

There is nice pool to relax too. Top-class staff & lots of activities. Our place stands in comfortable location so close to Authentic Mecican restaurants, the central bus station, however the area is heavy tourist...

overall such great experience. place was pretty clean, with superb location. the staff were accommodating, enjoyed them all. free parking was provided on site.

My husband and I stayed at Suites Rosas for a week-long getaway. The apartment had a luxurious feel and the kitchen facilities were great. The air conditioning was excellent, and the location was perfect - close to plenty of restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. We found the property easily, despite previous reviews, and the staff, although not fluent in English, were very friendly and helpful. The R1 bus to the beach was just a 20-minute ride away.

The rooms were comfortable and good sized. We greatly enjoyed staying here, it was 10 minutes' drive from coco bongo. You can prepare your own meals in a kitchen.

suites rosas in cancun was perfect for our stay. away from the tourist area, we enjoyed local markets and the lively parque de las palapas. the staff was kind and helpful, and the room was comfortable with a small kitchenette. the property was well-maintained and had a water dispenser. highly recommend this place.
Shower was moldy.

Try Los Arcos, which is not far from the apartment and you will certainly enjoy their food. Beds were comfortable. We visited cancun nearby...
